We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if necessary, the goods from the order can be returned in full or in part within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.

Exceptions are non-refundable goods: corsetry, hosiery, gloves, mittens, underwear, perfumes and cosmetics, jewelry, etc. (According to Annex 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 N 172).

Do not use the product that you plan to return; it must remain new. Save all sewn labels, seals and labels, as well as checks confirming the purchase in our store.


If you want to return an online order, you must:


  1. Call a courier (including for international orders).

Within 14 days of receiving the order, go to the personal account and select the product to be returned. Wait for a call from a VIVONS store employee or contact us to arrange the arrival of a courier.

Couriers arrive on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00.

Pack the things you want to return in a package or branded box, attach to the product a filled out return application. In the presence of a courier place a sticker on the box with the date, signature and its transcript.

To return items from multiple orders, pack them separately and fill out return applications for each order.

If you decided to return another order at the last minute and do not have time to fill out the application, ask the courier to enter the order number in the consignment note.


How and when the money will be returned

We will transfer the money within 10 days after the return of the order to the store. If your order was picked up by a courier, the money will be transferred within 10 days after the goods arrive at the store.

If you return the goods, the shipping cost is not reimbursed.

If you paid for the order non-cash on the site, the money will be returned to the account from which the payment was made.
